8-Weeks of Support
We meet weekly for 8-weeks, during which we will follow the standard GRM structure which is designed to release our pain.
2-Hour Meetings
Each weekly meeting is two hours. We meet to discuss the weeks lesson, go over our assignments, and listen to our group members.
